  1. Go to “Settings” from the post-login menu 
  2. Tap on “Change Mobile Banking Password” 
  3. Input the password details being asked and tap on “Continue” 
  4. Input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number 

Please note that you cannot reuse your last 4 passwords. 

  1. Go to “Settings” from the post-login menu and tap “Enroll Peek Balance” 
  2. Choose the account you want to enroll and tap “Confirm” 
  3. Input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number 

Currently, you can only enroll one (1) account in Peek Balance. If you wish to change the account enrolled in Peek Balance by going to Settings > Enroll Peek Balance > choose the account you want to enroll > Input OTP sent to your registered mobile number. 

  1. Go to “Settings” from the post-login menu 
  2. Tap on “Enroll Touch ID” 
  3. Toggle the Touch ID switch on and tap on “Confirm” 


  1. Go to “Settings” from the post-login menu 
  2. Tap on “De-register Device” 
  3. Select the device you want to de-register and tap “Confirm” 

 A confirmation message will be displayed. 


  1. Go to “Settings” from the post-login menu 
  2. Tap on “Enable/Disable Push Notifications” 
  3. Tap the toggle switch on/off and tap on “Confirm”
