How to Redeem:
1. Qualified CBC Wealth World Elite Mastercard Principal Cardholder may redeem by calling or emailing the CBC VIP Concierge.
2. The Principal Cardholder must provide his/her Miles Membership account number.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Only Principal Cardholders can convert their CBC Wealth World Elite Mastercard Rewards Points to Air Miles.
2. The Principal Cardholder is required to enroll in the Miles Program of their chosen airline prior to conversion of CBC Wealth World Elite Mastercard Rewards Points to Air Miles. For this purpose, Principal Cardholders may visit the following sites to enroll:

3. The Principal Cardholder must provide their Miles Membership account number upon redemption.
4. To ensure crediting of Air Miles, the Principal Cardholder’s name in Chinabank’s records must match with the name registered in their Miles Membership account. If the information does not match, the Principal Cardholder will be notified via phone call to update their records with Chinabank or the Airline Partner.
5. Redeemed Air Miles will be credited to the Principal Cardholder’s Miles Membership account within seven (7) banking days from date of redemption request.
6. All valid redemptions are final. The Principal Cardholder cannot change, convert back, cancel or revoke redeemed Air Miles to Rewards Points.
7. The CBC Wealth World Elite Rewards Program Terms and Conditions shall be supplemented by the Airline Partner’s Terms and Conditions provided that the latter is not inconsistent with the former.
8. The Airline Partner and Chinabank reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.
