OKS Free Personal Accident Insurance Promo

Duration: November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026

 

1. What is the promo about?

This promo rewards CBC OKS Peso Savings Account holders with Free Personal Accident Insurance coverage for one (1) calendar month for up to ₱50,000, provided the client maintained the required monthly Average Daily Balance (ADB) of at least ₱5,000 during the prior month.

2. Who can join the promo?

All new and existing CBC OKS Peso Savings holders are eligible.

 

3. What is the promo duration?

The promo runs from November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.

 

4. What kind of insurance is included?

Qualified clients will receive Personal Accident Insurance coverage provided by Chinabank Insurance Brokers Inc. (CIBI) and Malayan Insurance.

 

5. How do I file an insurance claim?

Client must notify CIBI immediately through any of the following channels:

6. What documents are needed for a claim?

CIBI will provide a list of required documents. Once submitted:

·         If complete, CIBI will issue a Quitclaim form for your signature.

·         You must return the signed Quitclaim with a valid government-issued ID.

·         If incomplete, CIBI will contact you for additional documents.

 

7. How long does it take to receive the insurance payout?

Valid and complete claims will be credited to your CBC OKS Peso Savings Account within 10 to 15 working days from the date CIBI receives all required documents.

 

8. Do I need to pay anything for the insurance?

No. The Personal Accident Insurance is free for qualified CBC OKS Peso Savings account holders during the promo period.

 

9. Is the insurance benefit renewable after the promo ends?

No. The insurance benefit is tied to the promo period.

 

10. Can I still qualify if I open an account during the promo period?

Yes! As long as you open an CBC OKS Peso Savings account and maintain a monthly Average Daily Balance (ADB) of at least ₱5,000, you are eligible.
