Promo Mechanics:
1. Eligibility
• Open to all new and existing OKS Peso Savings clients who maintain a monthly Average Daily Balance (ADB) of at least ₱5,000.
2. Reward
· Free Personal Accident Insurance coverage for one (1) calendar month for up to ₱50,000, provided the client maintained the required ADB during the prior month.
3. Insurance Claims Process
· Immediate Notification
The client must notify Chinabank Insurance Brokers Inc. (CIBI) immediately through any of the following channels:

· Submission of Requirements
The client must submit complete claims requirements to CIBI for evaluation.
· Document Review
CIBI will review the submitted documents:
o If complete, CIBI will issue a Quitclaim form for the client’s signature.
o The client must email back the signed Quitclaim along with a valid government-issued ID.
o If there are missing or additional documents required, CIBI will coordinate directly with the client.
· Claims Settlement
All valid and complete claims will be settled and credited to the client’s qualifying OKS Peso Savings Account within 10 to 15 working days from the date of receipt of complete and accurate documents.
4. Terms and Conditions
· The Personal Accident Insurance worth up to P50K is non-transferable.
· All decisions made by Chinabank are final; and
· The following are excluded from joining the promo:
· Employees of China Bank, its subsidiaries, advertising agency and their spouses and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (i.e. parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, parents-in-law, grandparents-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law) including relatives by legal adoption. Those holding joint “and”, joint “and/or” and ITF accounts with said individuals are also disqualified.
