PROMO MECHANICS

 

1. The Chinabank Member Get Member Program is a referral program open to Chinabank existing qualified Principal cardholders. Supplementary cardholders are not eligible to join the program.
   
   
2. Program Mechanics:

   • The Referral shall accomplish and sign the Member Get Member credit card application form and email it to mgm@chinabank.ph together with a copy of their valid government ID with visible signature. Subject should be “MGM: [full name of referral]” for example, “MGM: DELA, CRUZ, JUAN, F.”

   • Chinabank MGM shall acknowledge the application within 3-5 banking days, and processing will take 10-17 banking days.

   • The full name of the referrer and referral code should be indicated on the application form, for crediting of the cash incentives, application form with no details of the Referrer is considered invalid.

   • Application forms with missing information shall not be processed.

   • The applicants will also be updated via text message regarding the status of their application.

   • The crediting of incentive will be done by batch, and the incentive will be credited to the Referrers credit card on the next cycle date once their Referral is confirmed as approved.

3. If multiple Referrers submit the same Referral, the incentive shall be credited to the Referrer who first submitted the application. But if the first Referrer who submitted the application form has lacking minimum requirement, the next referrer with complete information and requirements shall be favored.

4. By participating, both the Referrer and the Referral, authorizes Chinabank to transfer and disclose their information to third-party partners for verification, encoding, and checking purposes.

5. Regular credit card acquisition policies shall still apply in assessing the Referral.

   Note: CBC Ultra Rewards credit card is excluded from this Program

6. This promotion provides an incentive for Chinabank principal credit cardholders to refer potential clients, adhered to the listed terms and conditions and eligibility criteria.

7. The incentive that the Referrer will be receiving is non-transferable and cannot be converted as points or to other forms of rewards and points redemption.

8. There is no limit on the number of Referrals a single Referrer can make.

9. Applications with incomplete details will not be honored. Applicants may re-send their application form as long as it is still not approved yet.

10. In case of fraud or unauthorized action with the credit card application, both the Referrer and the Referral shall be disqualified to the Member Get Member Program of Chinabank.

11. Applications submitted via other Chinabank emails will not be honored, all applications must be directly sent to mgm@chinabank.ph

12. The Referrer must be in good credit standing (account must be current). Cardholders who are not in good credit standing shall not be entitled for the incentive.

13. A Referral must only apply for one (1) credit card type. If in any case a Referral gets approved for 2 or more card types, the Referrer shall only receive an incentive for the first approved card.
