Chinabank notched a double recognition at the Philippines' Best Employer Brand Awards 2026, securing the Philippines Best Employer Brand Award alongside an Exemplary HR Leader accolade for Human Resources Group Head Tani Michelle Cruz.

Presented by AdvantageClub.ai in partnership with CHRO Asia and the World Federation of HR Professionals, the awards were conferred on June 26 at Dusit Thani Manila. The bank was named Best Employer Brand for its role in setting the benchmark in people practices, talent development, employee engagement, leadership, and organizational excellence. Cruz was named an Exemplary HR Leader for her contributions to strengthening the bank’s people strategy, workforce development, and the broader HR profession.
