In celebration of its 105th anniversary, Chinabank, the country's fourth largest private universal bank, launched a new video on social media, featuring real people who love what they do and personify the bank’s brand promise of being focused on you: Chinabankers.
The video is about the fundamental truth that when you love what you’re doing, it shows. The story is told through the bank’s catchy jingle, and by its employees, who, at home and at work, have the same passion and enthusiasm to do their best for the people they care about.
The video shows a mother lovingly tutoring her son and brings that same attention in handling a customer’s transaction; a man assisting his grandmother in church then teaches an elderly customer about mobile banking with patience and empathy; a friend who delights in a friend’s good news and in giving good news to clients; and a son who takes pride in providing a home for his aging parents and in closing a deal that would positively impact many.
“Our own employees live our values every day, so they are the most authentic representatives of our brand," Chinabank VP for Marketing Communications Aileen Vallesteros said, noting that the new video is a celebration of the bank’s love for the people and communities it serves and how this love is shared by its own brand ambassadors, its employees. “Chinabank’s 105th anniversary video shows that what we love, we focus on.”
