Stockholders of record as of 26 February 2026 may watch the livestream broadcast by registering at https://www.chinabank.ph/asm2026.
Registration period shall be from 09 March 2026 to 10 April 2026.
Voting period shall be from 09 March 2026 until the meeting is adjourned on 16 April 2026.
Please read the guidelines or the question on registration below for the online registration details.Your proxy will be deemed suspended for this specific Meeting. You will then be required to finish the online voting process if you wish your votes to be counted.
Note: If you voted using OVS for this year’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting, your proxy may still be used in subsequent years for a maximum of five (5) years from the date said proxy was executed and submitted.No. You will have to register separately as a representative of the jointly / co-owned shares.
In this case, you will be asked by the registration system to provide an Authorization Letter duly signed by all stockholders in the joint account assigning you as their representative to exercise the right to vote. Please note that only the named representative in the Authorization Letter will be allowed to access the OVS Portal.

The OVS is a secured online and digital platform where the stockholders of the Bank may cast their votes on matters set for agenda in the Meeting from the comfort of their own homes. The OVS can be accessed through the OVS Portal by using the link included in the email validating your registration.
As of 2026, the Bank will be using OVS 2.0 which features improved security along with quality of life improvements that makes registration and voting easier.
What happens if I successfully registered but did not vote?
Votes not cast will be voted as “for” the election of all nominees and “for” the approval of the matters set forth in the Agenda of the ASM, in the manner described in the Information Statement and/or as recommended by Management or the Board of Directors.
For stockholders who were not able to complete the registration process, members of the press, and other interested parties who wish to view the livestream broadcast, they may do so by sending an email request at OCSSTOCKS@chinabank.ph.
