eVoucher Rewards Redemption

How to Redeem:

1. The Principal Cardholder may redeem Rewards via eVouchers or other similar redemption codes (“Codes”) by:
a. Calling Chinabank’s Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888, or
b. Sending an e-mail to creditcards@chinabank.ph.

 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Chinabank Ultra Rewards Visa Signature Principal Cardholders may use their Rewards Points to redeem eVouchers/Codes, whichever is applicable.
2. The Cardholder is responsible for safekeeping the eVouchers/Codes that may be issued to the Cardholder. The Cardholder agrees not to share eVouchers/Codes with any third party to prevent loss, unauthorized use, or fraud.
3. Upon request for redemption, the Qualified Cardholder shall receive within ten (10) business days a unique redemption code from INSTAPERX.
4. The eVoucher/Code shall be sent only ONCE by Chinabank via INSTAPERX to the Cardholder’s registered mobile number.
Cardholders should ensure that their contact details on record (e.g. mobile number, e-mail address, and the like) with Chinabank are updated. 
Chinabank and/or INSTAPERX shall not be liable for an eVoucher/Code not received by a Cardholder due to Cardholder’s failure to update his/her mobile number on record.
Chinabank and/or INSTAPERX shall have no obligation to resend the eVoucher/Code to the Cardholder.
To update their mobile number, Cardholders may contact Chinabank Customer Service 24/7 Hotline at +632 888-55-888 or e-mail creditcards@chinabank.ph.
5. Cardholders may redeem the eVoucher/Code only once within its validity period. Neither Chinabank nor merchant shall have any obligation to extend an eVoucher’s/Code’s validity in case the Cardholder fails to redeem the eVoucher/Code prior to its expiry.
6. E-voucher redemption may be through any of the following as required by the Merchant:
a. Presentation of the eVoucher/Code to the branch store personnel or Concierge Service
b. Enter the eVoucher/Code on the website or app
7. If the store's eVoucher/Code validation system is offline or unavailable, the merchant shall not be able to accept the eVoucher/Code. The Cardholder may still use the eVoucher/Code once the system is back online.
8. eVouchers/Codes can be used as payment for purchases with the merchant.
9. eVouchers/Codes are not convertible to cash.
10. eVouchers/Codes shall be honored at face value.
11. eVouchers/Codes must be redeemed in full amount upon use in one (1) transaction only. Split transactions are not allowed. Any unused amounts shall be forfeited.
12. eVouchers/Codes can only be used in participating Merchants’ branches.
13. The Terms and Conditions herein may be modified by Chinabank at its sole discretion from time to time, provided, that Chinabank Cardholders shall be notified of such changes to the Terms and Conditions by public notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the effectivity of such changes.
14. By availing the Offer, the Cardholder (i) agrees to provide his/her personal information and other information that may be reasonably required by Chinabank and 1ISA, (ii) consents to Chinabank sharing his/her personal information and other information that may be reasonably required to 1ISA, and (iii) agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of Chinabank and 1ISA. 15. By availing of the eVouchers/Codes, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the eVouchers/Codes.
16. The availment and use of eVouchers/Codes are subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Chinabank Credit Cards.
17. Chinabank is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). Details of the BSP’s Consumer Assistance Mechanism are provided in www.bsp.gov.ph/.
