- The gift certificates may be claimed after purchase or within 60 days from 25 October 2025 or until 23 December 2025 at the following locations:
- Manila - Singapore Airlines Ticketing Office located at 33F LKG Tower, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines 1226 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays only.
- Cebu - Singapore Airlines Office located at located at 7F Pioneer Bldg., Cardinal Rosales Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Wednesdays to Fridays only.
- Customers must present the following to claim their gift certificates:
- Valid ID of the eligible customer
- Copy of e-tickets and;
- Mastercard® branded debit and credit card used for the payment.
- Gift certificates may also be claimed by an authorized representative provided that he/she presents the following:
- Two (2) valid IDs of the eligible customer and two (2) valid IDs of the representative;
- Authorization letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative;
- Copy of e-tickets and;
- Mastercard® branded debit and credit card used for the payment.
- Service fees, fare conditions and other terms and conditions shall apply.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promo and is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
- By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards.
