7. Will the receiver of a remittance get notified?

Yes, if the sender provided a valid mobile number of the receiver, he/she will receive an SMS notification once the remittance has already been credited to a Chinabank account, once funds has been sent to other Philippine Bank accounts (including e-Wallets), or when the remittance is available for cash pick-up.

 

8. Where can the remitter check the status of his/her remittance?

The remittance status can be checked through Chinabank’s website https://www.chinabank.ph/remittance-tracker or the Chinabank mobile app. 

 

9. How fast will my remittance be available?

A remittance sent through Al Ghurair Exchange can be received by your beneficiary in real-time. However, credit to bank account transactions more than Php 50,000.00 will be credited on the next banking day.
