New Chinabank website goes live

Chinabank unveiled its sleeker, more engaging website, www.chinabank.ph.  The redesigned site has a refreshed and modern look, enhanced content, and simple topic-driven navigation for streamlined user experience. 
 
The new design keeps all the top features of the previous site while adding new elements to enhance reader engagement, content organization, and site navigation. The back-end was also simplified with a drag and drop Content Management System and the assignment of user tracking points to better understand users' activities on the website, like what they interact with the most or the least, so improvements can be made.  
 
“We are proud of our refreshed, consumer-centric website which allows for our customers to quickly get answers and information and to better interact with Chinabank online,” said Chinabank Digital Banking Group Head Manuel C. Tagaza.  
 
Developed for nearly eight months by the Chinabank Digital Banking Group, the main goal of the website revamp project was to improve user experience and reader engagement across a wide range of devices—desktop/laptop computer, smartphone or tablet.   

“Collaboration with business units and various stakeholders in the Bank helped us immensely in this project.  We will continue to work with them as we keep the Bank’s corporate website up-to-date in a fresh and engaging way,” said Tagaza.   
 
Future releases of the website will include an online form builder and it will also be integrated with new customer servicing platforms.  
 
The new website with its modern look and feel, faster-loading pages, and improved functionality, provides Chinabank with a great platform to tell its story and connect with existing and potential employees and customers.
