How to avail

To avail of the offer, the Cardholder must use a qualified Chinabank Credit Card at all MemoXpress branches nationwide. Online transactions are not eligible for this offer.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Splitting of transaction for the purpose of availing multiple cashbacks is prohibited. Splitting of transaction is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transaction arises when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment, and the interval of these transactions were made within 10 minutes.
  • All installment transactions are subject to the Chinabank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, including the provisions governing the Chinabank 0% Installment Program.
  • All 0% installment transactions are subject to Chinabank’s approval and shall remain valid provided that the cardholder pays the monthly installments in full and on time.
  • This promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and may not be converted to cash or exchanged for other products. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or fixed-price offers, unless otherwise stated.
  • Chinabank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction that is subsequently cancelled, reversed, or charged back during the promo period. If a cardholder has already received the discount but is later found ineligible due to erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, unauthorized, or disputed transactions, Chinabank may charge the value of the discount to the cardholder’s credit card account.
  • The Chinabank Credit Card Terms and Conditions, including all provisions stated in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other related documents, form an integral part of these promo terms and shall apply whenever relevant.
  • Any concerns or disputes relating to the products, services, or pricing covered by this promo shall be resolved directly between the cardholder and MemoXpress , with the concurrence of the DTI. Chinabank shall not be held liable for any such disputes.
  • In the event of a dispute relating solely to the cardholder’s participation in the promo and matters within Chinabank’s control, the decision of Chinabank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be final.
  • By participating in this promo, the cardholder acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, terms, and conditions

* Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
