A. Eligibility
The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good Credit standing*, and Chinabank Debit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active and with sufficient balance.

- Up to 50% OFF on Debit and Credit Card Straight transaction
D. How to avail
Cardholders must use their qualified Chinabank Card for purchases in all participating SM Appliance Center branches nationwide and via their website.
E. Other Terms & Conditions
• The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
• In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens or persons with disability may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
• The general hotel terms and conditions of The Wings shall apply.
• The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
• Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and SM Appliance Center.
• In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final and non- negotiable.
• By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
