PROMO MECHANICS

 

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) with active, current, non-delinquent accounts that are in good credit standing.  
2. The Promo Period runs from March 25 to June 25, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to one (1) FREE Basic Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) for every approved solar contract paid via physical POS swipe using a Chinabank Credit Card, whether as a straight purchase or installment.
4. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card to avail of the offer and must submit an inquiry at solvivaenergy.com/chinabank.
5. The offer is valid only at authorized Solviva POS terminal locations within Metro Manila.
6. The final contract price may vary based on actual installation requirements determined after site inspection and confirmation of the installation scope.
7. All proposal prices are estimates and may change following site inspection results, technical evaluations, structural assessments, and any additional client requests.
8. Valid for in-store or office-based POS swipe transactions only.
9. Scheduling and coordination for the purchase and installation will be handled by Solviva or may be arranged by the client based on the recommended schedule.
10. The offer may also be availed using participating bank-issued Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX credit cards, subject to the issuing bank’s approval.

11. The offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.  

12. Any complaints or disputes related to the performance or delivery of products/services under this promo shall be resolved directly between the Cardholder and Solviva Energy Inc.

13. In case of promo-related disputes, the decision of Chinabank, with DTI concurrence, shall be final and non-negotiable.

14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the promo mechanics.
