Extra ₱1,000 OFF at Baby Company’s Grand Baby Fair

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cards whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing* and Chinabank Cardholders whose accounts are active and with sufficient balance.
2. Promo period is from May 21-24, 2026. 
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers using qualified Chinabank Credit Cards during the promo period at Baby Company’s Grand Baby Fair.
a) Up to 80% OFF on select items.
b) FREE WOW BAG for Mom Card members with a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱10,000.
c) EXTRA ₱1,000 OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱10,000 (straight or 0% installment).
4. Cardholders must present and use their eligible Chinabank Credit Card to pay their total bill to avail of the offer/s. 
5. The promo is available only during the Grand Baby Fair sale event at Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall.
6. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of getting multiple discounts is not allowed. Multiple  transactions using one or more qualified Chinabank Credit Card/s under one Cardholder within a 15 minute interval shall be considered as a split transaction. If found to have split transaction, only the first qualified transaction will be eligible for the discount and Chinabank reserves the right to reverse or adjust the discount amount credited to the Chinabank Credit Card, at Chinabank’s discretion.  
7. Discount is given at point-of-sale for qualified transactions. 
8. The minimum purchase requirement is defined as the net of all applicable SM discounts (i.e., class discounts, SMAC/SM Prestige discounts, and other SM discounts).
9. The offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with Chinabank’s other promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of eligible Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
12. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Baby Company only.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
