PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*. 

2. The offer is available from March 20-22, 2026.

3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers using qualified Chinabank Credit Cards during the promo period at ACE Hardware Summer Savings Sale. 

a.) Up to 50% OFF on select items 
b.) 10% OFF on select items for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000
c.) EXTRA 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 (straight) or P10,000 (installment). Maximum discount of P3,000 per qualified transaction.

4. The minimum purchase requirement is defined as the net of all applicable discounts. 

5. Offer is applicable to in-store transactions only. 

6. The promo is applicable to both regular and marked-down items. 

7. Discount is given at point-of-sale for qualified transactions.

8. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of getting multiple discounts is not allowed. Multiple transactions using one or more qualified Chinabank Credit Card/s under one Cardholder within a 15-minute interval shall be considered as a split transaction. If found to have split transaction, only the first qualified transaction will be eligible for the discount. 

9. The Terms and Conditions of ACE Hardware shall apply.

10. The offer/s is non-transferrable and is not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.

11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof. 

12. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the ACE Hardware. 

13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.

14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
