Promo Period: October 1 - November 30, 2022 

1.     To qualify for the promo, the customer should: 

      a.     Download the China Bank Mobile App 

      b.     Enroll his/ her account via self-service or via the branch 

      c.     Activate his/ her enrollment via the ATM or SMS PIN 

      d.     Sign in on China Bank Mobile App by inputting the Online Activation Code (OAC) sent to their registered email address 

2.     Qualified customers will get 3 FREE InstaPay transactions which they can use within 60 calendar days from the date of first successful sign in. 

3.     To claim the prize, qualified customers must do 3 InstaPay transactions. 

4.     Unused FREE InstaPay within 60 calendar days after successful sign in will be forfeited. 

5.     Winners will be deducted InstaPay service fee of P10 (per transaction) at the point of transaction. Corresponding service fee/s will automatically be credited back to the customers’ account following the schedule below: 

 6.    Qualified customers are those who: 

  • Are not yet enrolled on China Bank Mobile App 
  • Enrolled but did not activate enrollment via ATM 
  • Activated enrollment via ATM but did not sign in 
  • Using China Bank Online but are not using/enrolled on China Bank Mobile App 

7.     Employees of China Bank and its subsidiaries are disqualified from the promo. 

8.     By enrolling on China Bank Mobile App during the promo period, customers automatically enrolled into the promo and are deemed to have given their consent to join the promo and accept its terms and conditions unless the customer opts out by contacting China Bank’s Customer Contact Center anytime during the Promo Period. 

9.     All questions and dispute with respect to the promo shall be resolved solely by China Bank with the concurrence of DTI and all decisions shall be binding and conclusive.
