1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit or Debit cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo is available from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 15% OFF on all services and treatments for a minimum spend of P3,000 when they use their CBC Card for payment at Breeze Oriental Spa & Massage.
4. Discount is applicable on gross price excluding service charge and applicable government taxes.

10. The promo is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotions unless specified.
11. In the purchase of good and services which are on the promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
12. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
13. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo offer
shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Breezy Valley Spa, Inc. - Breeze Oriental Spa & Massage
14. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
