Eligibility
All Principal and Supplementary Chinabank credit cardholders of products below who are 75 years old and below, and whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*:
Eligible credit cardholders will get up to Php20million Travel Accident and Inconvenience Insurance for FREE if payment for the airline tickets and other means of public transportation for domestic and international travel are fully charge to above-stated credit cards. Number of trips in a year is unlimited.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing China Bank Credit Cards.
Scope of Cover and Insurance Claiminig
The insurance coverage commences on the actual departure date, from the Philippines, of the insured cardholders. The coverage is for a maximum period of 90 days for international trips and 15 days for domestic trips.

Request for Confirmation of Cover (COC)
Please send an email request to creditcards@chinabank.ph or call Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888. Note that issuance of COC is free of charge. Submission of COC requests should be at least 5-7 working days prior departure, especially for weekend departures.
