Convert your Rewards Points to MileagePlus Miles

Redemption until January 1, 2025 only.

*Redemption must be in increments of 1,000 MileagePlus® Miles.


How to Redeem:

  1. The Principal Cardholder may redeem by:
    a. Calling Chinabank Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-8888.
    b. Sending an e-mail to creditcards@chinabank.ph.
  2. The Principal Cardholder must provide his/her MileagePlus® number.


Terms and Conditions:

  1. Only Principal Cardholders may convert Rewards Points to MileagePlus® Miles.
  2. The Principal Cardholder is required to enroll in United Airlines’ MileagePlus® loyalty program prior to conversion of Rewards Points to MileagePlus® miles. Visit united.com to enroll.
  3. The Principal Cardholder must provide his/her MileagePlus® membership number upon redemption.
    To ensure crediting of MileagePlus® Miles, the Principal Cardholder’s name in Chinabank’s records must match with the name registered in his/her MileagePlus® account. If the information does not match, the Principal Cardholder will be required to update his/her records with Chinabank or MileagePlus®.
  4. Redeemed MileagePlus® Miles will be credited to the Principal Cardholder’s MileagePlus® account within seven (7) banking days from the date of redemption request.
  5. All valid redemptions are final. The Principal Cardholder may not cancel, revoke, change, or convert back redeemed MileagePlus® Miles to Rewards Points.
  6. MileagePlus® membership shall be governed by the MileagePlus® Rules.
  7. The MileagePlus® Rules and Chinabank Credit Cards Rewards Program Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  8. United Airlines and Chinabank reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.

  1. For  concerns, inquiries, and requests regarding your Chinabank Credit Card, you may contact Chinabank Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888 or domestic toll-free number 1-800-1888-5888 (PLDT) or e-mail creditcards@chinabank.ph.

    Upon receipt thereof, Chinabank shall conduct a comprehensive investigation in accordance with its established procedures and you shall be notified of its findings, if applicable, which findings shall be final and conclusive.
