Convert your Rewards Points to GarudaMiles

*Redemption must be in increments of 1,000 GarudaMiles.


How to Redeem:

  1. The Principal Cardholder may redeem by:
    a. Calling Chinabank Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-8888.
    b. Sending an e-mail to creditcards@chinabank.ph.
  2. The Principal Cardholder must provide his/her GarudaMiles number. 


Terms and Conditions:

  1. Only Principal Cardholders may convert Rewards Points to GarudaMies.
  2. The Principal Cardholder is required to enroll in Garuda Indonesia’s GarudaMiles loyalty program prior to conversion of Rewards Points to GarudaMiles. Visit garuda-indonesia.com to enroll.
  3. The Principal Cardholder must provide his/her GarudaMiles membership number upon redemption.
    To ensure crediting of GarudaMiles, the Principal Cardholder’s name in Chinabank’s records must match with the name registered in his/her GarudaMiles account. If the information does not match, the Principal Cardholder will be required to update his/her records with Chinabank or GarudaMiles.
  4. Redeemed GarudaMiles will be credited to the Principal Cardholder’s GarudaMiles account within seven (7) banking days from the date of redemption request.
  5. All valid redemptions are final. The Principal Cardholder may not cancel, revoke, change, or convert back redeemed GarudaMiles to Rewards Points.
  6. GarudaMiles membership shall be governed by the GarudaMiles Terms and Conditions.
  7. The GarudaMiles Terms and Conditions and Chinabank Credit Cards Rewards Program Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  8. Garuda Indonesia and Chinabank reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.

    Upon receipt thereof, Chinabank shall conduct a comprehensive investigation in accordance with its established procedures and you shall be notified of its findings, if applicable, which findings shall be final and conclusive.
