Cash Credits Redemption: 

How to Redeem:

1. The Principal Cardholder may redeem by:
   a. Calling Chinabank Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888.
   b. Sending an e-mail to creditcards@chinabank.ph.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only Principal Cardholders may convert Rewards Points to Cash Credits.
2. Cash Credits will be reflected on the next statement date.
3. All valid redemptions are final. The Principal Cardholder may not cancel, revoke, change, or convert back redeemed Cash Credits to Rewards Points.
