Convert your Rewards Points to Asia Miles

How to Redeem:

  1. The Principal Cardholder may redeem by:
    a. Calling Chinabank Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888.
    b. Sending an e-mail to creditcards@chinabank.ph.
  2. The Principal Cardholder must provide his/her Cathay Membership number.


Terms and Conditions:

  1. Only Principal Cardholders may convert Rewards Points to Asia Miles.
  2. The Principal Cardholder is required to enroll in the Cathay Membership Programme prior to conversion of Rewards Points to Asia Miles. Visit www.cathaypacific.com to enroll.
  3. The Principal Cardholder must provide his/her Cathay Membership number upon redemption.
    To ensure crediting of Asia Miles, the Principal Cardholder’s name in Chinabank’s records must match with the name registered in his/her Cathay Membership account. If the information does not match, the Principal Cardholder will be required to update his/her records with Chinabank or Cathay Membership.
  4. Redeemed Asia Miles will be credited to the Principal Cardholder’s Cathay Membership account within 7 banking days from date of redemption request.
  5. All valid redemptions are final. The Principal Cardholder may not cancel, revoke, change, or convert back redeemed Asia Miles to Rewards Points.
  6. Cathay Membership is governed by the Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions.
