Annual Membership Fee Waiver Redemption: 

How to Redeem:

1. The Principal Cardholder may redeem by:
   a. Calling China Bank Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888
   b. Sending an e-mail to creditcards@chinabank.ph. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only Principal Cardholders may convert Rewards Points to Annual Membership Fee Waiver.
2. Annual Membership Fee credits will be reflected on the next statement date.
3. All valid redemptions are final. The Principal Cardholder may not cancel, revoke, change, or convert back the redeemed Annual Membership Fee credits to Rewards Points.
