Convert your Rewards Points to airasia points

*Redemption must be in increments of 1,000 airasia points.


How to Redeem:

  1. The Principal Cardholder may redeem through the following:
    a. Call Chinabank Customer Service Hotline at +632 888-55-888
    b. E-mail creditcards@chinabank.ph
  2. The Principal Cardholder must provide his/her complete airasia membership number consisting of either 10 or 16 digits to avail of this program.


Terms and Conditions:

  1. Only Principal Cardholders may convert Rewards Points to airasia points.
  2. Principal Cardholder is required to enroll in the airasia rewards Program prior to conversion of Rewards Points to airasia points. Visit www.airasia.com or download the airasia Superapp, available in App Store, Google Play, and AppGallery, to enroll in the airasia rewards Program.
  3. Principal Cardholder must provide his/her complete airasia member ID upon redemption. The airasia membership number consists of either 10 or 16 digits.
    To ensure crediting of airasia points, Principal Cardholder’s name in Chinabank records must be the same as the information registered in airasia records. If the information does not match, the Principal Cardholder will be required to update his/her records with Chinabank or airasia.
  4. Redeemed airasia points will be credited to the Principal Cardholder’s airasia account within seven (7) banking days from the date of redemption request.
  5. All valid redemptions are final. The Principal Cardholder may not cancel, revoke, change or convert back the airasia points to Rewards Points.
  6. airasia points shall be subject and governed by airasia rewards Terms and Conditions.
  7. The airasia Terms and Conditions and Chinabank Credit Cards Rewards Program Terms and Conditions shall apply.
  8. Chinabank and airasia reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice.

    Upon receipt thereof, Chinabank shall then conduct a comprehensive investigation in accordance with its established procedures and you shall be notified of its findings, if applicable, which findings shall be final and conclusive.
