Up to 61% OFF at Azalea Hotels and Residences Boracay

PROMO MECHANICS:

 

1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo and Booking Period is until May 31, 2026. Stay Period is until June 15, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to Up to 61% OFF select rooms based on Published rates with free breakfast at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay when they use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card for payment.
4. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.
5. Prior reservation is required. Contact reservations@azalea.com.ph for email bookings and (+63 74) 424-8712 or (+63 917) 861-1641 for phone bookings.
6. Child Policy: Maximum of two (2) children per room aged 0-11 years old are free of charge as long as sharing bed with companion but exclusive of breakfast.
7. A maximum of two (2) rooms may be booked per travel party. A travel party is defined as a group or family or friends within one travel arrangement (flights, hotel accommodation and/or tours).
8. The special rate is applicable for a minimum occupant in the selected room category.
9. To confirm a reservation, a guarantee of 50% deposit of the total room cost via any of the payment options provided by the hotel is required. Otherwise, non-guaranteed reservation will not be confirmed.
10. Guaranteed advance reservations are non-refundable but may be rebooked once if modification is made at least seven (7) days prior arrival date. Rebooked dates are subject to rates changes & room availability. Rebooking made after (7) days to check-in date will no longer be accepted and will be sujbct to cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the total room cost. Cancellation of paid guaranteed reservation within seven (7) days prior arrival date will be charged 100% of the total down payment amount.
11. No show or shortened stays will not be refunded and the amount paid will not be adjusted to incidentals.
12. Guaranteed reservations may be transferred to another individual subject to rebooking policy & provided that consent is given by the original booker.
13. The promo rate is subject to extra person charges as applicable. Extra person rate is Php1,500 per night inclusive of breakfast.
14. For extension night/s or additional room/s, the best available rate will be applied.
15. The promo rate is not applicable to institutional group bookings where group bookings are defined as 5 rooms or more.
16. Deposit Policy: A cash incidental deposit of Php,2000 per night will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-in if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
17. Azalea Vacation Club members are entitled to an additional five (5) percent discount provided that the member is in good standing with the club. The additional five (5) percent discount is only applicable if member is part of the check-in party. The additional five (5) percent discount is non transferrable and not for resale.
18. General hotel terms and conditions apply.
19. The offer/s is non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
20. The offer/s is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
21. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
22. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
23. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Azalea Hotels and Residences Boracay.
24. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
25. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit and Debit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards.
