3. Cardholders are entitled to get up to 59% OFF published room rates at Luxent Hotel when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.

• Cancellation/No Show/Refund: Reservations guaranteed by credit card or pre-payment will be subjected to one night charge in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled arrival.
• An incidental deposit of Php 2,000.00 per night shall be requested upon check-in. In case the amount is not consumed within the guest's stay, it will be refunded upon check-out. Likewise,
a credit card verification may also be made for this purpose.
4. How to avail:
• Fill-in required details, click “Chinabank”, then click “Submit”
• Payment is required upon check-in. A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
• Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
• Luxent Hotel is located at 51 Timog Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items,
unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/
Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of
his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Credit Cards
