PROMO MECHANICS
1. The promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing* and Chinabank Debit Cardholders whose
accounts are active and with sufficient balance.
2. The Promo Period is from June 9 to August 31, 2025, excluding blackout date.
3. The Promo is not valid during blackout date/s: June 13 (Dinner), June 14 (Lunch), and June 15 (Sunday Brunch).
4. Cardholders are entitled to the following when they use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card for payment at Spectrum, Fairmont Hotel Makati.
5. Minimum of 2 diners and maximum number of guests per booking per card is ten (10).
6. To avail of the promo offer, Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit or Debit Card for payment.
8. The offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
9. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, promotions, packages, corporate rates,
and conference/group bookings.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional
discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
11. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
12. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder
and Spectrum, Fairmont Hotel Makati only.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
