1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit or Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from October 1, 2025 to February 7, 2026.
      Booking period is from October 1, 2025 to February 7, 2026.
      Stay period is from October 1, 2025 to February 15, 2026.
      Blackout dates: Oct. 31 - Nov. 2, 2025/Dec. 24, 2025 - Jan. 5, 2026/Jan. 24 - Feb. 2, 2026
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers when they use their Chinabank Card for payment:
      50% OFF Published Room Rates on select rooms
      • 10% OFF total F&B bill at Hakuna Matata Restaurant, Bar & Grill (no min. spend)

          • Child policy: 0-11 yrs. old: free (bed-sharing) with free breakfast; Age 7-11 yrs. old: free (bed-sharing) with 50% charge for breakfast.
          • Full payment s required to guarantee the booking. Payment is non-refundable.
          • If the reservation is cancelled, modified, or if the guest does not show up, the full booking amount will be charged.

4. How to avail:
      • To book, Cardholder must call 0917 107 8431 / reservations@mandarinnest.com within the promo period with provide the following information: full name, contact number, travel dates, no. of guests, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, and first 6-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Use subject line: MandarinNestxChinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. MandarinNestxChinabank/Juan de la Cruz).
      Mandarin Nest Boracay to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
      For payment, MandarinNest will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
      A Chinabank Card must be used to settle the payment.
      Full payment is required within the specified period to confirm the booking.
      Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
      Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid gov't-issued ID card upon check in.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
