PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo Period is from April 15, 2025 to December 15, 2025.
• Blackout dates apply: May 11, 2025 (Mother’s Day); June 15, 2025 (Father’s Day).
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers at Cowrie Grill when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment:
• 30% OFF on Signature Sets Menu. Minimum of 6 diners and max of 10 diners per card.
• 20% OFF on Signature Set Menu. Applicable for 5 diners and below.
• 20% OFF on Ala Carte Food Menu items. Minimum of P3,800 single-receipt nett of bill. Not valid on market-priced items and beverage items.
• 20% OFF on Eat-All-You-Can Menu.
• 10% OFF on the Bottle of House Pour Wine.
4. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.
5. The offers are available for dine-in transactions from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm daily.

7. Only one (1) qualified Chinabank Credit Card may be used to avail of the promo.
8. The promo is applicable for big group bookings.
9. Discount will be applied before taxes and service charge.
10. The offers are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash, credit, other items, or gift certificates.
11. The offers cannot be availed with other ongoing promotions and offers of Cowrie Grill and Chinabank.
12. The offers are non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, packages, and corporate rates.
13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the
discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
14. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
15. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder
and Cowrie Grill.
16. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
17. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
