PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo Period is from December 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
• Booking Period is from December 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
• Stay Period is from December 1, 2025 to June 15, 2026.
• Blackout Dates: December 4, 2025 and January 1, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to Up to 30% OFF on select rooms based on Published rates at Club Agutaya Resort and 10% OFF on food and beverages, no minimum spend required at Café Lily Restaurant and Solihiya Bar when they use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card for payment.
4. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit and Debit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail of the offer/s.

14. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
15. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit and Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
16. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of products/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Club Agutaya Resort.
17. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
18. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
