1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

2. Each offer is available depending on their individual promo periods.

3. Cardholders are entitled to the offer dependent on the promo details.

5. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his/her Chinabank Mastercard for payment. Each promo has a webpage with instructions on how to avail.

6. Chinabank’s Merchant Installment Terms and Conditions shall apply. For details, visit the Chinabank website and go to the Installment Programs page.The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.

7. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant.

8. In case of dispute in respect with Mastercard and the cardholder's availment of the promo, the decision of Mastercard shall be considered final.

9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
