4. The cardholder must use his/her China Bank Credit Card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and applicable government taxes). The Discount will only be applicable to the total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and applicable government taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
5. The cardholder must be part of the traveling party and must be able to present his/her China Bank Credit Card upon check-in. The offer is not valid on the establishment’s blackout date/s. Blackout dates apply on government declared holidays and special holidays.

7. The discount offer is non-transferrable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, conference/group bookings, privileges, or VIP cards.
8. Advance reservation is required to guarantee the availability of rooms. Reservations may be made by booking at the website or emailing/calling the reservation contact details stated above.
9. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
11. The standard room cancellation policy of Costa Pacifica shall apply.
12. The general hotel terms and conditions of Costa Pacifica shall apply.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, China Bank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
