PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period:
• Rooms: September 15 to December 31, 2025. Booking period is from September 15 to December 31, 2025. Stay period is from September 15 to March 31, 2026. Blackout date/s: Dec. 31, 2025.
• Banquets: September 15 to October 31, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offer at Vivere Hotel when they use their Chinabank Credit or Debit card (“Chinabank Card”) for payment:
• Rooms: Pay only P4,500* for a Deluxe Room with buffet breakfast for two plus complimentary upgrade to an Executive Suite (inclusive of taxes and surcharges)
• Banquets:
• 10% discount for social events
• 5% credit for corporate events
• Complimentary TV inclusion for Nest Corporate & Intimate Events in the Sky
Terms and Conditions
• Rooms:
• Rates are good for two pax. Extra Person Rate: Php 1,800 /pax/night inclusive of buffet breakfast
• Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings.
• Bookings must be guaranteed with payment and a Chinabank Card must be used.
• Child Policy: 0-6 years old – free, bed-sharing7-12 years old, P900 inclusive of breakfast
• Rebooking: 30 days prior to check-in date and new date must be within the booking period
• Cancellation/NoShow/Refund: 1-7 days before arrival/no show: 100% cancellation fee; 8-15 days: 50% cancellation fee; 16-59 days: 25% cancellation fee; 60 days or more/Force Majeure: Full refund.
• Promo can be availed at: Vivere Hotel, 5102 Bridgeway Ave. Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
• Banquets:
• Social Events: No minimum no. of pax required to avail this promo as long as their selected package is a Social Package (e.g Debut, Adult Birthday, Wedding, etc.)
• Corporate Events: A minimum of 20 pax must be confirmed for this event promotion.
• Nest Corporate & Intimate Events in the Sky: No minimum number of pax required to avail this promo as long as their selected package is a Nest Corporate or Intimate Events in the Sky
• A signed contract or reservation agreement must be finalized to apply this promo
• A 10% non-refundable deposit or 50% downpayment may be settled to confirm this event using a valid Chinabank credit or debit card.
• Date of the event must be within the Booking Period for the promo to be applicable.
• This event is exclusively available at Vivere Hotel Alabang only.
4. How to avail:

• The cardholder must express his/her intent to avail of the promo and provide his/her name, mobile number, email address & preferred date of stay to the Reservations Team.
• Full payment is required to confirm the room reservation. For events, a 50% down payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled 2 weeks prior to the event.
• For room reservations, a Reservation Confirmation Voucher will be sent to the Cardholder, followed by the payment link. The cardholder must use their Chinabank Card for payment. Once settled, the Cardholder must send the proof of payment to confirm the reservation.
• Cardholder to present the Chinabank Card used with one (1) government-issued ID upon check in.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
