• Click "Weight Management", then "Shape Programs".
• Click "Discover under Shape Ultra or Shape Sustain", then click "Begin Weight Loss".
• For Exilis Ultra 360 and EmSculpt Neo treatments:
• Click "Women's Health", then choose "Exilis Ultra 360" or "EmSculpt Neo"
• Then click "Book Now". Choose date and time.
• Select your preferred treatment and click "Book Now".
• Select your preferred and time then choose 3+1 sessions and click "Next“
• Complete the order/booking form and click "Add to Cart" or "Book now".
• Under "Promo Code" type CBC20 and click "Apply."Type In your contact details. Select your preferred delivery method. Under "Payment, click "Place Order and Pay".
• Enter your Chinabank Credit or Debit card details to settle the payment.
Terms and Conditions:
i. Discount is valid on full priced programs and 3+1 packages only.
ii. Other packages, prepaid programs, and third-party vouchers are excluded.
iii. To avail, the total bill should be charged to a qualified Chinabank Credit or Debit card.
iv. Only one (1) qualified Chinabank Credit or Debit card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified Chinabank Credit or Debit cards.
v. Splitting of transactions is not allowed. Splitting of transactions is defined as an intentional act of dividing a merchant transaction into multiple charge slips to redeem more than one reward incentive. A presumption of splitting of transactions arises when there are two (2) or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product, and the interval of these transactions were made within 5-10 minutes.
7. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Card account.
10. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo. 12. *Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
