PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Mastercard Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from May 5 to December 31, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to P5,000 OFF on rings for a minimum single receipt spend of P50,000 at LUCCE when they use their Chinabank Credit Card for payment.
4. Promo is valid for in-store and online purchase. For online, use promo code: CBC5K. Valid for multiple use.
5. How to avail:

• Existing users can log-into their account. New users must sign-up.
• Select items and add to cart. Make sure your total reaches at least P50,000 (excluding nationwide insured shipping and delivery charge).
• Once done, click “Check out”.
• Input your contact details.
• Under “Discount code”, input the promo code CBC5K, then click “Apply”.
• Under “Payment”, choose “Credit card”.
• Input the required details of your qualified Chinabank credit card. Then click, “Pay now”.
6. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts,
promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under
the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
8. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and
conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
