PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from November 25 to December 25, 2025. Redemption is 60 days from end of promo period.
3. Cardholders are entitled to a Holiday Treat when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) as payment in participating SM Retail Affiliates during the promo period:
· November 25 – December 25, 2025
o Get eGCS worth P300 for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 at the following SM Retail Affiliates

4. Applicable to in-store transactions only and are valid both for straight and installment for 3 months purchases only.
5. The Holiday Treats earned by the qualified cardholders will be sent to the Cardholder’s mobile number on record in the form of e-codes.
• The e-Codes must be redeemed and exchanged for a SM Gift Pass equivalent to the Holiday treats earned by the qualified cardholders (once and in full amount) at the Customer Service of any SM Store branch.
• The SM Gift Pass can be used at the SM Store and Other Participating Merchants
6. The e-codes will be sent within twenty (20) banking days from posting date of the qualified transactions and will be valid for redemption 60 days from date of sending. The e-Codes will NOT be sent to Cardholders with past due accounts including, but not limited to, those with late payment occurrence or no payment on due date.
7. Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the free item claimed to the Cardholder’s account in the following cases:
• Multiple, invalid, or fraudulent redemptions
• Qualified transaction/s used to redeem were subsequently filed under dispute by the Cardholder or were reversed
• Cardholder is subsequently proven to have violated any of the Promo terms and conditions
8. Maximum eGC to be received by a qualified cardholder is one per participating SM Retail Affiliate. (Ex. One for Toy Kingdom, one for Surplus, one for Pet Express, one for Baby Company)
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
