PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The Promo Period is from September 16, 2025 to March 15, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to FREE Shrimp Arrabiata regular worth P575 for a minimum single-receipt food purchase of P750 and one drink order.
4. The offer is valid daily for dine-in transactions only.
5. The offer is valid at the following Burgoo branches:
• Gateway 2 Mall, Cubao
• SM Southmall, Las Pinas
• Vista Mall, Taguig
• The District Imus
6. Cardholders must inform the restaurant staff that they will avail the offer.
7. Cardholders must present and use their Chinabank Credit or Debit Card to pay for their total bill in a single-receipt transaction to avail the offer
8. The offer is exclusive of service charge and applicable taxes.
9. The offer can only be availed once per Card, per table. Splitting of tables or splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is not allowed.
10. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings, or discount privileges of Burgoo.
11. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift certificates, or other items.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are under a promotion, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotion or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
13. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
14. Any complaint or dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of product/services related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Burgoo.
15. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
16. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing Chinabank Cards.
