PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from March 15, 2025 to March 14, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled extra 15% OFF and Free Shipping when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment at realizecollagen.com.
4. The offer is valid for multiple use/availment.
5. To avail of the promo offer, the Cardholder must follow the instructions below:
• Go to www.realizecollagen.com.
• Select the quantity and click “add to cart”.
• Click ‘View Cart’, then input delivery specifics.
• Enter the promo code ‘CBC15’ and Chinabank credit card number then click ‘Pay Now.’
6. The Cardholder must use the promotion code ‘CBC15’ to avail of the promotion.
7. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts,
promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
8. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and
conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
