PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. The offer is available from February 20-22, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers using qualified Chinabank Credit Cards during the promo period at SM Store.
a) Up to 50% OFF on select items
b) 10% OFF on all items for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000
c) EXTRA 10% OFF for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 (straight) or P10,000 (installment). Maximum discount of P3,000 per qualified transaction.
4. Minimum spend requirement refers to NET of all SM discounts.
5. Offer is applicable to in-store and Personal Shopper (in-store pick-up) transactions.
6. Discount is given at point-of-sale for qualified transactions.
7. The promo is not applicable to gift cards, gift certificates, gift passes, SM eco bags, wrapping items, membership cards, or other services.
8. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of getting multiple discounts is not allowed. Multiple transactions using one or more qualified Chinabank Credit Card/s under one Cardholder within a 15-minute interval shall be considered as a split transaction. If found to have split transaction, only the first qualified transaction will be eligible for the discount.
9. The Terms and Conditions of SM Store shall apply.
10. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of the Chinabank Credit Card are incorporated herein by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.
11. Any dispute concerning the performance and/or delivery of services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and SM Store.
12. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Installment Program.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
