3. Cardholders must have an email address to be eligible to join the Promo.
4. To avail, Eligible Cardholders must register via the Chinabank Destinations Travel Fair Website (https://chinabankdestinations.travelx.ai.). For enhanced browser experience, please use a Laptop or Desktop device and follow the following procedures:
● Go to the website to register (https://chinabankdestinations.travelx.ai.).
● Enter your email address and click the button “Send OTP”.
● Go to your email, check your message received from Sender Name: “chinabanksupport @travelx.ai” to get the OTP.
● Go back to the website and enter the OTP.
● Proceed with account registration.
● Log-in to your account after registration.
● Select for flight booking/hotel booking/tours, experiences & activities booking.
● Enter the required details for flight booking/hotel booking/tours, experiences & activities booking.
● Review all the information/details for flight booking/hotel booking/tours, experiences & activities booking.
● Once done, proceed to payment.
● Input the required details of your Chinabank credit card. Then click, “Pay Now”.
● Once payment is successful a pop-up message “Payment Successful! Thanks for your booking” will appear on the screen.
5. The prices are displayed in USD and subject to change without prior notice.
6. The Specific Terms and Conditions for The Chinabank Destinations Travel Fair (Annex A) shall apply.
7. The Terms and Conditions for Signing up in the Chinabank Destinations Travel Fair Website (Annex B) shall apply.
8. The Terms and Conditions of the Participating Partners shall apply.
9. The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other promotional offers of Participating Partners.
10. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the offer and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
11. Any dispute concerning the services related to the promo offers shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Participating Partners.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Person, whichever is higher.
13. By joining the promo, the Cardholder authorizes Chinabank to provide Cardholder information that are necessary to fulfill the registration and booking process of the promo to its third-party service providers. Further, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
B. 2X AIR MILES REWARDS POINTS (exclusive for Chinabank Destinations World, Destinations World Dollar and Destinations Platinum)
Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Destinations World, Destinations World Dollar and Destinations Platinum, Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from November 15 to 30, 2024.
3. The Chinabank Destinations World, Destinations World Dollar and Destinations Platinum cardholders will be qualified to earn 2x Air Miles Rewards Points when he/she uses his/her Chinabank Destinations World, Destinations World Dollar and Destinations Platinum Credit Card for purchases of airline tickets, hotels bookings and for tours, experiences & activities bookings via the Chinabank Destinations Travel Fair Website (https://chinabankdestinations.travelx.ai.).
4. The air miles rewards points earned by the Cardholders shall be credited to the Chinabank Credit Card account of qualified Cardholders within thirty (30) days after the promo period.
5. The air miles rewards points earned by qualified Supplementary Cardholders will be credited to the account of the Principal Cardholder.
6. The Chinabank Credit Card account of the qualified Cardholders must be active and in good credit standing during the promo period and at the time of the crediting of the air miles rewards points, otherwise, the air miles rewards points will be forfeited in favor of Chinabank.
7. Chinabank reserves the right to forfeit the air miles rewards points or charge its value to the Cardholder’s Chinabank Credit Card Account in the event that the Cardholder was credited or was able to redeem the air miles rewards points but was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo terms and conditions, or whose Chinabank Credit Card Account has become delinquent, past due, suspended, cancelled, or terminated within the promo period.
8. The air miles rewards points earned on disputed transactions will be reversed and forfeited in favor of Chinabank.
9. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank’s decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

A. FLIGHTS

● Discount offers for flights are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Avail the airlines offers while they last.
Booking Policy
1. Infant passengers must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
2. For international flights, please ensure that you have a visa and passport with a minimum validity period of 6 months before the date of arrival in the country.
3. Customers must provide accurate information when making a booking.
4. Customers are responsible for the travel documents such as tickets, visas, etc. for entry, exit, and transit or other requirements in the destination country.
5. Check-in is done at least 3 hours before departure for all international flights and 2 hours in advance for domestic flights.
6. By making a booking or purchasing a travel ticket on destinations.chinabank.ph, customers are deemed to have understood, accepted and agreed to the policy on the amendment and cancellation provisions, as well as all additional terms and conditions imposed by the airlines.
7. Customers will be charged with changes and cancellation fees according to airline regulations.
8. Airlines may change their schedules at any time for operational reasons. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their flight status and contact the airline directly for rebooking or compensation.
B. HOTELS

Booking Policy
1. Customers are provided with a designated free cancellation period during which no cancellation charges apply. This period is communicated clearly during the booking process.
2. Details regarding cancellation charges, if applicable, are presented on the booking review page. It is imperative for customers to review and understand these charges before confirming the booking.
3. Upon cancellation of a booking, the refund process is initiated, and the amount is credited back to the customer. The duration for this refund to be credited back depends on the individual hotel policy, typically within 7 to 21 days.
4. Many hotel reservations may be non-refundable or subject to strict cancellation policies. By booking such reservations, the customer agrees to accept the hotel’s refund policy
5. Hotels may change their policies or bookings at any time for operational reasons. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their booking status and contact the hotel directly for modifications or compensation.
6. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they possess valid travel documentation, including identification and any required permits.

4. Account Security

6. Payment
