PROMO MECHANICS

 

1.The Promo is open to all Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards Platinum, and Freedom Platinum Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active,
      current and in good credit standing*.
      Chinabank Corporate Card, Chinabank Destinations World, Chinabank Destinations World Dollar, Chinabank Destinations Platinum, Chinabank Prime Master Cardholders, and Velvet Visa Signature are excluded from the promo. 
2.The Promo is valid from September 15 to October 15, 2025.
3.Cardholders are entitled to the following dining offers at The Grand Kitchen The Grand Kitchen Buffet when they use their Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum,
      Cash Rewards, and Freedom Credit Card (‘Credit Card”) for payment at The Grand Kitchen subject to the following conditions:
      The Grand Kitchen
          50% off at The Grand Kitchen Buffet for a minimum of 2 pax
          Applicable for Buffet Lunch and Dinner, including weekends. No blackout dates.

Buffet Rates:

Lunch (Weekdays) = PHP2,188 net
Lunch (Sunday) = PHP3,488 net
Dinner (Monday to Sunday) = PHP2,988
      Offer is available for dine-in transactions only.
      Discount is not valid on a la carte beverages and applicable government taxes and shall be for the account of the cardholder.
      Minimum pax of 2.
      Maximum discount that can be availed by a Cardholder is P17,440, excluding alcoholic beverages and applicable government taxes.
      Discount can only be available once per credit card, per table, per day.
      Discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates, or other items or used in conjunction with
         ongoing promotional offers and privilege discounts at Grand Hyatt Manila such as VIP/Membership discount, complimentary vouchers, and rewards redemption vouchers.
      World of Hyatt members are not eligible to redeem points for this special offer.
4. Reservation is required and intent to avail of the promo must be mentioned upon reservation. Reserve online or call telephone number +632 8838 1234.
5. A down payment is required to guarantee seats for a group of 10 pax and above. The Grand Kitchen team will get in touch with the cardholders for the required deposit amount.
6. Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her total food bill.
7. Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
10. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
