PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards Platinum, and Freedom Platinum Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
      • Chinabank Corporate Card, Chinabank Destinations World, Chinabank Destinations World Dollar, Chinabank Destinations Platinum, Chinabank Prime Mastercard, 
         Velvet Visa Signature and Ultra Rewards Credit Visa Signature Cardholders are excluded from the promo. 
2. The Promo is valid from August 1 to 31, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following dining offers at Okada Manila Medley Buffet when they use their Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Credit Card (‘Credit Card”) for payment at Okada Manila subject to the following conditions:
      > Medley Buffet
           - 50% off at Medley Buffet for a minimum of 2 pax.
           - Applicable for Buffet Lunch and Dinner, all days of the week, including black-out.
      > Medley Buffet Rates (Nett Amount):

              - Offer is available for dine-in transactions only.
              - Discount is not valid on a la carte beverages and applicable government taxes and shall be for the account of the cardholder.
              - Maximum discount that can be availed by a Cardholder is P20,000, excluding a la carte drinks and applicable government taxes.

5. Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her total food bill.
6. Discount can only be available once per credit card, per table, per day.
7. Discount offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other promotional offers of Okada Hotel Medley Buffet.
8. Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher. Goods and services purchased by SC/PWD customers who avail of the promotional discount shall be subject to the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption. To ensure compliance, the bill or transaction may be split to accommodate the VAT exemption.
10. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
11. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
12. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
