PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in
good credit standing*.
• Chinabank Corporate Card, Chinabank Destinations World, Chinabank Destinations World USD, Chinabank Destinations Platinum, Velvet Visa Signature
and Prime Cardholders are excluded from promo.
2. The Promo is valid from October 20 to November 14, 2025, from Mondays to Fridays (excluding government-declared holidays and special holidays).
3. Cardholders are entitled to a 50% discount on their Total Dine-In Food Bill when they use their Chinabank World, Wealth, Platinum, Cash Rewards, and Freedom Credit
Card for payment at Jade Garden, subject to the following conditions:
• Offer is available for lunch or dinner from Mondays to Fridays (excluding government-declared and special holidays).
Ø Lunch: from 11AM to 2PM
Ø Dinner: from 5:30PM to 9:30PM.
• Discount will only be applicable to Total Food Bill per single-receipt transaction excluding Drinks and Service Charge.
• Minimum total food bill of P5,000 is required to be eligible for the discount.
• Maximum Discount that can be availed by a Cardholder is Php5,000 or a maximum total food bill of Php10,000.
• Discount can only be availed once per Cardholder, per table, per day.
• Valid for dine-in only
• Valid for Ala-Carte and Food orders only.
• Discount offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
• The 50% discount will not be applicable to Seasonal items (e.g.Mooncakes, Tikoy and Radish Cake), Drinks, Alcoholic beverages, set menus, banquet sales, parties,
and private functions, take-out and service charges.
4. Advance reservation is required. Please call via landline at +632 7955-1808 / +632 7955-1728 / +632 8843-1361 or via Viber at +63 956 459-1663. Intent to avail of the
promo must be mentioned upon reservation.
5. Cardholders must present and use his/her Chinabank Credit Card to pay for his/her total food bill.
6. Promo Offer is only available for A la Carte and Food Orders only. The 50% discount will not be applicable to set menus, banquet sales, parties, and private functions.
7. Splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. Only one (1) qualified card per table per visit per day
will be honored, regardless if one has multiple qualified cards.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount
provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms
and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
10. In case of dispute related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
