PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from May 6, 2025 – April 15, 2026.
• Booking period is from May 6, 2025 – April 15, 2026.
• Stay period is from May 6, 2025 –April 30, 2026.
• Blackout Dates: 2025: Holy Week/Dec. 20–Jan. 5 • 2026: Chinese New Year/Holy Week
3. Cardholders are entitled to 30% OFF Rooms (Best Available Rates) at Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort, Inc. when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
Room rates are good for two (2) persons* with breakfast for Deluxe, Premier & Deluxe; Family Loft - good for 4 persons
4. Other Terms and Conditions:
• Promo is valid only for direct bookings. Online bookings are not included.
• Extra Person: Php 2,800.00 nett per night with breakfast.
• Children: Age 0-11: sharing bed with parents, free of charge. ; Age 12 yrs. old and up: considered adult; extra person rate applies ·
• Rebooking: one time rebooking only with at least 15 days prior to arrival/check-in day,
• Cancellation: At least 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Failure to cancel within the stipulated time will incur penalty charges as follows, 29 days before arrival - one night charge 15 days & below before arrival - total room charges
• Promo can be availed at: Sitio Daorong, Danao, Panglao Island, Bohol Check-in: 3pm; Check-out: 11am
5. How to avail:
• Promo is valid only for direct bookings. Online bookings are not included.

mention that you are availing of the Chinabank promo. Provide the following information: travel dates, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits of Chinabank credit card number.
Please use the following format for the subject line: Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort, Inc. x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort, Inc. x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
• Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort, Inc. to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
• Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort, Inc. will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
• A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
• Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
• Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
6. Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in. 6. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/
Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
8. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of
his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
