PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from April 21, 2025 – April 20, 2026.
• Booking period is from April 21, 2025 – April 20, 2026
• Stay period is from April 21, 2025 – April 30, 2026
• Blackout dates: nights of December 24 and 31, 2025.
3. Pay only P3,000 for a Deluxe Room with breakfast for two at Hive Hotel and Convention Place when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
4. Terms and Conditions:
• Promo is valid only through direct bookings via call or email. Not valid for online bookings.
• Rate is inclusive of applicable government taxes.
• Advance reservation and pre-payment are required. (non-refundable and non-cancellable).
• Room rates are per night for 2 pax, extra person rate applies in excess thereof. Extra Person Rate is P1,000/pax inclusive of breakfast.
• Child Policy: Free for kids aged 0-7 years old.
• Rebooking Policy: Should be advised thirty (30) days prior to check-in date.
• Cancellation Policy: Not allowed. Not refundable.
• Check-In: 2:00PM; Check-Out: Before 12:00NN
5. How to avail:
• To book, Cardholder must call 0917 706 8759 / 0917 620 1448 / 8951 4483 or email info.hivehotel@gmail.com within the promo period with the
following information: travel dates, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format
for the subject line: Hive Hotel x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Hive Hotel x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
• Hive Hotel and Convention Place to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
• For payment, Hive Hotel and Convention Place will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
• A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
• Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
• Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
• Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
6. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts,
promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount
provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
8. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and
conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
