PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit or Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from September 20, 2025 to March 15, 2026.
• Booking period is from September 20, 2025 to March 15, 2026.
• Stay period is from September 20, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 45% OFF on Published Room Rates on select rooms when they use their Chinabank Card for payment.
Note: All rates are good for 2 persons; subject to extra person charges for the 3rd and 4th guests in the room
Inclusions:
• Overnight accommodation and breakfast for 2 persons
• Applicable government taxes and service charge
• No blackout dates but a surcharge of P2,000 will be added per room, per night on these dates: Dec. 22, 2025 to Jan. 3, 2026; Feb. 16-22, 2026; Mar. 30-31, 20
Other Terms and Conditions:
• Direct bookings via email or call only. Promo is NOT valid for online bookings.
• Maximum occupancy for all rooms: 4 persons including kids (3rd and 4th persons with extra
person charges)
• Extra person rate: P1,800/person/night with free breakfast
• Child policy:
• Age 0-6 = free of charge bed-sharing and with free breakfast
• Age 7-11 = P500/child/night bed-sharing and with free breakfast
• Age 12+ = P1,800/person/night with free breakfast
• Rebooking Policy: Not allowed.
• Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable.
• No refund will be made, and payment will be forfeited in case of no show.
• Promo can be availed at: Fairways & Bluewater Boracay, Barangay Balabag and Yapak, Boracay
Island, Malay, Aklan
4. How to avail:
• To book, Cardholder must email Fairways & Bluewater at reservations@fairwaysandbluewater.com or call 0917 823 5975 within the promo period with the
following information: travel dates, number of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format for the
subject line: FairwaysxChinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. FairwaysxChinabank/Juan de la Cruz).
• Fairways & Bluewater to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
• For payment, Fairways & Bluewater will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
• A Chinabank Card must be used to settle the payment.
• Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
• Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
• Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid gov't-issued ID card upon check in to avail of the promo offer.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
