PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from April 1 – October 1, 2025.
• Booking period is from April 1- October 1, 2025
• Stay period is from April 1- October 15, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to 30% OFF published room rates at Malagos Garden Resort when they use their Chinabank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
• Inclusions:
• Overnight accommodation and breakfast for indicated no. of pax per person
• Use of facilities, WiFi, and a parking slot
• Optional Acitivities with Additional charges:
• Weekend Lunch Buffet with Day Tour at Php 799 per head
• Weekday Plated Lunch with Day Tour at Php 599 per head
• Other Terms and Conditions:
• Promo is NOT valid for online bookings
• Child Policy: 4-11 years old with Php 500 per head for bed and breakfast
• Rebooking Policy: At least 14 days prior the arrival date
• Cancellation Policy: At least 30 days prior the arrival date
4. How to Avail:
• To book, Cardholder must email Malagos Garden Resort at malagos.reservation2@gmail.com or call 0917 624 5727 within the promo period with the following information: travel dates, number
of rooms, names, and age of guests, first 6-digits or last 4-digits of Chinabank credit card number. Please use the following format for the subject line: Malagos Garden Resort
x Chinabank/Cardholder’s Name (e.g. Malagos Garden Resort x Chinabank/ Juan de la Cruz).
• Malagos Garden Resort to check availability and send a quotation of the final discounted rates to Cardholder based on their requirements.
• For payment, Malagos Garden Resort will send a payment link and instructions via e-mail.
• A Chinabank card must be used to settle the payment.
• Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to finalize the booking.
• Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the Cardholder.
• Cardholder must present the Chinabank credit card used with one (1) valid ID upon check in.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items,
unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the PWD/Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the PWD Act/Expanded
Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of
his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
