PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo is open to all Chinabank Credit cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing* .
2. Promo period is from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. Booking period is from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. Stay period is from October 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026. Blackout dates: December 24, 25, 30 and 31
3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 30% OFF Published Room Rates at Aruga Apartments by Rockwell when they use their Chinabank Credit card (“Chinabank Credit Card”) for payment.
Above room rates are based on double occupancy, except the 2-Bedroom Suite which is good for 4 persons.

Terms and Conditions:
• Promo is valid for direct bookings by call or email only. NOT valid for online bookings. Bookings must be guaranteed with payment and a Chinabank Credit Card
must be used.
• Booking is non-refundable, non-transferable but re-bookable once within the booking period.
• Not applicable to corporate rates/bookings.
• A maximum of 5 rooms can be booked per stay date per Cardholder.
• Only one (1) qualified Chinabank credit card will be accepted per booking transaction. Rate is good for 2 persons only; extra person rate applies
• Extra Person Rate: P1,500/pax/night with breakfast
• Child Policy: Free for kids 12 yrs. old and below (bed-sharing)
• Rebooking Policy: Allowed once during the booking period, at least 24 hours before arrival date
• Cancellation/NoShow/Refund: Reservations cancelled and modified less than 1 day prior to the day of arrival will be subject to a one-night room charge.
A one night room charge will also be incurred in the event of no-show. For bookings of thirty (30) nights or longer, the penalty charges applicable will be
three (3) room nights.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN
• Promo can be availed at: Aruga Apartments by Rockwell, Waterfront Drive, Rockwell Center, Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City
4. How to avail:
• Reservation is required. To book, Cardholder must contact reservations@aruga.com.ph and provide the following details in the email:
• complete name of guest/s, contact number, check-in and check-out dates, preferred room type, no. of guests, and first 6-digits of Chinabank credit card.
• Reservations will be held provisionally until payment is completed using a Chinabank credit card via secure online payment link (provided by reservations team).
Payment must be made within 72 hours upon booking and no later than 24 hours to arrival date. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Cardholder must use their Chinabank Credit Card for the booking transaction otherwise the room rates will be updated to the property's Best Available Rates at the time
of check-in.
• Cardholder to present the Chinabank Credit Card used with one (1) government-issued ID upon check in.
5. The Promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
7. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder's account.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, Chinabank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the Chinabank Credit Cards.
